*** The notebook sleeve is adjustable. The cover can be used with an insert as a notebook journal.
*** The cover is crafted from a textured, three-dimensional tweed fabric. It is
interwoven with bronze metallic threads. It exudes an aesthetic of vintage-inspired, understated luxury. The fabric features a warm caramel base tone, blended with earthy yarns in shades of light brown and ochre.
We have incorporated a two-tone woven decorative trim along the center; while securely stitched at both ends, the central section remains unattached.
The ends are anchored with strips of kraft-paper-hued faux suede webbing—adhered on the front side, and secured via a combination of adhesion and stitching on the reverse. On the back, an elastic loop is attached to fasten around the front button, ensuring a secure closure.
It is accented by a square metal button set with faux diamonds; the tiny embedded crystals catch the light with a subtle shimmer, lending an air of opulent glamour, while simultaneously capturing the poetic essence of French romance.
*** Please note that the woven fabric features threads that can be shifted back and forth; the lines are not perfectly horizontal or vertical, resulting in a slightly irregular, slanted appearance.
The tweed fabric is quite substantial. So the book cover is relatively thick, which may slightly affect the ease of writing on the initial pages of the notebook.
This item is secured using an elastic band closure. It is mainly designed for use exclusively with notebooks sold in our shop (or standard A5-sized notebook inserts measuring 21 × 14.8 × 1.5 cm). If your notebook is excessively wide or thick, the elastic band may not fit over it.
