Order Cancellation

We know you're going to love your new Heisadiyalbum items. So, we expect that you will not cancel anything! But, if for any reason you find that you need to cancel an order, change an item in an order, or change the shipping address, please contact Heiladiyalbum Customer Support.

Generally, we cannot cancel an order once it has left our warehouse. Therefore, we suggest you to Contact Us as soon as you can. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and/or shipped, you may need to return the item and/or a restocking fee may apply.

Making a Return

Heilsadiyalbum offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. We will always try to do everything as best as we can to ensure your satisfaction!

We have a few things to keep in mind during the return process:  

  • You can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • If you would like to return or exchange all or part of your order, please contact Heilsadiyalbum Customer Support for authorization and instructions first, as your refund may not be issued for unauthorized returns.
  • To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in a new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping charges. A full refund will be issued after the package has been received and reviewed.
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: Zhengzhou Yaman Trading Co., Ltd, Borui Shengheyuan, No.118 Tongzhan Road, Zhengzhou, 450000 Henan, China. Please consider using a trackable shipping service to return the product.
  • If returned items were received not in original packaging, new condition, or some of them have been damaged/defective on the way, your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge up to 15-50% of the purchase price.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged or incorrect merchandise after received

In the event that you receive defective, incorrect or incomplete merchandise, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Please notify us within 15 days of receipt and we will make arrangements for a replacement or refund as necessary. No re-stocking fees or return shipping charges will apply.

If a shipment arrives with visible transit damage, it is best to refuse it and email photos to support@heilsadiyablum for further instructions.
